In short

  • Tellstack is a feedback inbox for several products: hosted forms, a web widget and a REST API feed one shared inbox.
  • An account is created with a passkey. There is no password; recovery codes are the only way back in, and the operator cannot recover an account for you.
  • Your feedback data stays yours. Deleting a form or a project never deletes the feedback that came in through it.
  • The free plan is free with no time limit and no payment details. Paid plans are billed through Stripe; switching and cancelling happens in the customer portal.
  • Prices and limits belong to the pricing version you bought. A newer version does not change your terms unless you switch to it.
  • Abuse — sending other people's personal data, credentials or unlawful content — is not allowed and may end access.
  • German law applies. Consumer protections of your home country remain unaffected.
