From an empty account to the first feedback in your inbox — realistically in under five minutes.

Quick start

Create an account. With a passkey — Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key. No password.
Create a project. One project per product. A project key (ts_live_…) and a hosted form are created with it.
Pick a route. Share the form link, embed the widget snippet or call the REST API directly.
Test it. Send one piece of feedback. It shows up in the inbox right away with status "new".

Terms

Workspace: Your account area. Holds all projects and the shared inbox.
Project: One product. Has a key and any number of forms.
Project key: Public write key, starts with ts_live_. Never reads.
Form: Hosted page at /f/:slug, fully styleable.
