Tidying up when it gets too much
Sorting feedback by hand is no problem at twenty messages a month. At two hundred it is. That is what the AI layer is for — as a paid addition.
Included in Indie AI and Mini Team: incoming feedback is analysed there without you doing anything, topics and the weekly summary are one click away. The form assistant comes with 3 drafts a month on Indie AI and 10 on Mini Team; extra packs are a one-off purchase, not a second subscription.
What it handles today
- Form assistant
- Describe what you need feedback for — the assistant drafts title, wording, fields, options and colours.
- Automatic category
- Bug, idea or question without manual work — with a note on how clear the case is.
- Summary
- One sentence naming the request instead of repeating the wording.
- Keywords
- One to three keywords per piece of feedback. The filter bar builds itself from them.
- Tone and urgency
- Annoyed, matter-of-fact, happy — and whether there is enough in it to act on.
- Repeats
- The same report in other words is recognised and points at the first one. Nothing is merged — ten reports are ten voices.
- Topics
- Related items grow into groups, with counts, period and examples. Not from tags nobody maintains.
- Movement
- Seven days against the seven before — by topic, type and project. A count, not guesswork.
- Weekly summary
- Four to six sentences on what happened. For the week you did not look.
Next stage
Not available yet. When it arrives, it arrives in the same plans — at no extra cost.
- History
- Movement across more than two periods, not just against last week.
- Ad-hoc analysis
- Asking questions of your feedback instead of only filtering it.
Three promises that hold
- AI never blocks intake. Feedback is stored immediately; the analysis runs afterwards in the background. An AI outage costs no feedback.
- The raw message stays untouched. Categories, topics and summaries are derived data in their own fields and overwrite nothing.
- Nothing is merged or hidden. A recognised repeat stays a full row in the inbox — with a note about what it points to. Ten people with the same request are the information, not the problem.
- AI is never a requirement. The free and Indie plans collect and show feedback fully without it.
Just as usable without AI
Filters and search keep the inbox readable without AI too. See the plans.
