What does Tellstack cost?
The free plan costs €0 and has no time limit: 1 projects, 10 pieces of feedback a month, 1 member. Indie costs €12 per month paid yearly, or €15 monthly, Indie AI €24 per month paid yearly, or €29 monthly, Mini Team €49 per month paid yearly, or €59 monthly.
What does paying yearly get me?
It is cheaper: on Indie €36 a year, which is 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Billed once a year. Paying monthly is possible at any time.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan asks for no payment details.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Existing feedback stays fully usable. Taking in new feedback pauses until the start of the next month or until the plan is raised.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Switching and cancelling is yours to do in the customer portal. After it ends the free plan applies again and your data stays.
What counts as a piece of feedback?
Every incoming feedback message, whether through a form, the widget or the API. Your replies do not count, neither do submissions detected as spam, and neither do sandbox test runs.
Is AI included in the price?
Only in Indie AI and Mini Team. There you get classification, duplicates, topics, trends and the weekly summary. Collecting, reading and replying works on every plan without AI.
What is the AI form assistant?
You describe in your own words what you need feedback for, and the assistant drafts a matching form: title, wording, fields, options and colours. You see the proposal before anything is created. Indie AI includes 3 drafts a month, Mini Team 10.
What happens when the AI drafts run out?
New ones arrive next month. If you need more, a pack of extra drafts is a one-off purchase — no subscription. Creating forms by hand stays unlimited on every plan.
