What is Tellstack?
Tellstack is a feedback inbox for several products. Each product becomes a project in a shared workspace; feedback arrives through hosted forms, a web widget or the REST API and lands in a single, private inbox. Tellstack is not a roadmap tool, not a public voting board and not a helpdesk.

Can I use Tellstack for several apps?
Yes, that is the point. Each product becomes a project in the same workspace. The inbox shows all projects together by default; a project is a filter, not a separate area.
Do my users need a Tellstack account?
No. Anyone sending feedback needs no account and no sign-in. An account is only needed to read the inbox.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Hosted forms take a logo, brand name, background, text and button colour, light or dark mode and three corner radii. All wording, including the thank-you message, is yours.
Can I remove the Tellstack badge?
From the Indie plan, yes. On the free plan a small note stays below the form.
Does Tellstack track my users?
No. There is no tracking script, no advertising cookies and no session recording. What gets stored is what the form was sent with, plus optional technical details such as page URL, app version and locale that you pass in yourself.
Can I send feedback from any backend?
Yes. A POST to /api/v1/feedback with the public project key is enough — any language, any platform. The key may only write, never read.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Existing feedback stays fully visible and usable. Taking in new feedback pauses until the next month or until the plan is raised.
Where is my data stored?
On a server in Germany (Nuremberg data centre). Feedback, accounts and projects live there, and so do the backups. The raw message is always kept unchanged; derived data is stored separately. Payment, email delivery and the AI layer add individual processors — which ones and what for is in the privacy notice.
